Announces Joe Botkier as CEO and Vice Chairman

Tradition Group, today announced appointing Joseph Botkier as CEO and Vice
Chairman of its retail foreign exchange trading platform. Mr. Botkier is a
respected professional who brings over 25 years of banking and foreign exchange
experience to the firm.

Prior to FXDirectDealer, Mr. Botkier was executive vice president and deputy
general manager of Bank Brussels Lambert, New York. In addition, Mr. Botkier was
general manager of treasury at Bank Cariplo, and vice president and treasurer at
Credito Italiano. He has enjoyed playing integral roles as a consultant and
advisor to major financial institutions in Russia and Central and Eastern Europe.
